The tools for gas and heating engineers

Only the tools your trade uses, and nothing from anyone else's.

• QuotesPrice the job off today's merchant price, add your markup, and send it before you leave the drive.
• Gas safety certificatesThe landlord gas safety record filled in on your phone at the property, issued as a PDF, and the renewal date kept.
• Price CheckToday's merchant price for a part, the moment you look it up, with your markup and VAT on top.
• InvoicesThe finished job becomes the invoice, parts and hours already on it, sent from your phone.
• Customers and jobsWho you worked for, where, what you did and what you used, kept against the customer for the next time they ring.
• MoneyWhat came in, what went out, and what each job actually made. The same week, not the same tax year.
• ReceiptsSnap the receipt at the merchant and it goes against the job and into your books, read for you.
• Get reviewsA steady stream of review asks to the customers you have finished with, sent for you once the invoice is paid.
• RemindersCertificates and services coming due, reminded before they lapse, so the repeat work comes back to you.
• AskSay it or type it: start a job, add a note, find a customer, ask who owes you. Spark does the admin.
• DiaryThe week ahead, on the calendar you already use, with the quote that was accepted already in it.
